Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

Hazy and thick, with not a lot of head as it came out of the bottle. "There’s so much hop oil in this beer that it doesn’t even look like beer," I thought to myself. But sadly, this prediction proved to be a disappointing falsehood. This beer really didn’t strike me as a all that hoppy...at least not in a way I could really enjoy. Aroma was dry and pine-y, but not really all that pungently hoppy. Flavor is also very dry, a bit pine-y, and very dryly bitter. Not much else going on here though. Not a lot of malt or other flavors. Mouthfeel is good, not too sticky. I’d weakly recommend this.

Pours an amber color with a small off-white head and some webs of lacing. Aroma is lightly malty with piney hops. Taste is about the same - pretty good but nothing memorable.

Bottle: Pours a light copper color with a decent-sized white head...fair retention and lacing. Light malts, resiny hops...and not much else, maybe some mild citrus notes. Flavor follows, dry bitter finish. Not sure how old this was but it was very mediocre.

FIRST TRIAL: Pours a nice deep orange with a fluffy, off-white head; aroma is a touch grainy along with bitter hops and a hint of citrus; flavor is bitterness in the forefront and slightly grainy and vegetable-y maltiness; smooth mouthfeel and a bitter, slightly warm finish polishes this beer off nicely. Overall, this beer isn’t bad, but not particularly spectacular either, especially when compared to the wealth of great IPAs out there. A decent IPA, that I could see myself drinking again in the future, but nothing I’d rush out to buy again.

Pours a semi cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is medium sweet with caramel and fruity hops. The flavor is very dry and highly hopped but lacks a good malt backbone that would improve this beer. Very piney and grapefruity. Light to medium bodied, sticky texture. Long bitter finish.

Pours amber gold, clear with white head and lacing. Aroma of hops, and nothing but hops, citrus & pine. Taste is also hoppy with some malt. Finish is hoppy bitter. Mouth is medium and a little sticky.
