COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

From bar notes (always assumed I had entered this by now): Orange with a white head. Citrus, spicy, malts, light sweet malt backbone in the aroma. Medium, roughly carbonated body. Flavor is mostly spicy and citrus hops, and a light sweet fruity finish. Always gravitated to this at the end of a night at Druid’s Keep and it would completely wreck me. Good, hoppy IPA.

Bottle shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Very hazy red color with a medium to full sized off-white to lightly beige head that lasts for a decent while. Smell malts, fruits and hops. Taste malts, fruityness, hops and firm bitterness. Medium carbonation, medium to full body. Nice.

Bottle @ joes thx to benzai. Copper colour with a small and creamy off-white head. Smells sweet, fruity, some apricots, hops. Tastes hops, slightly sweet, refreshing and slightly bitter. Body is quite thin though, little to no carbo.

Bottled, 355ml from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Hazy amber with white head. Promising nose of grapefruit zest and lychee, this doesn’t quite male it fully through to the palate, but there is still a strong hoppy dryness. Not quite as sharp as the nose indicated, somewhat perfumed, but there is grapefruit pith and some kiwi. In the end still a pretty decent beer though.

Bottle. Bronze beer with a strong head. The aroma is fruity with some malts and hops, and the flavour is hopped and roasted with a reasonable degree of bitterness. Overall a reasonable lightly hopped beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a dark amber with an on off white head and sweet, hoppy aroma. Taste is of hops, a lot of caramel and toasty malt, and well balanced with a slight bitter, dry finish. Different IPA

A dark muddy brown pour with a very small head. Nose is sweet and fruity.Taste is full of hops, not overwhelmingly bitter with notes of citrus, pine. caramel and malt. Carbonation is soft and a heavy texture for an IPA. Finish is very dry, a different IPA but good nevertheless. Quaff Score 8 / 10

The hops are metallic and medicinal and harsh; can’t detect anything else notable either.

Citrusy, fruity aroma. A bit cloudy dark amber in color with creamy vanishing top. Good, mid astringent,a bit spicy on tongue, bitter taste; to me taste seems monolitic but I guess this means well balanced flavor. Bitter and minimal dry finish. Middle body, easy drinkable. Nice one.

355 ml bottle bought @ Bierkompass.de. Pours tiny hazy reddish orange with a small white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is slightly sweet and tiny fruity with crackers, bread, pineapple, grass, tobacco, caramel, papaya, butterscotch and hints of grapefruit juice, liquorice fudge, cardboard and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, very bitter and very metallic with crackers, cardboard, grapefruit rinds, pine, orange peal, straw, butterscotch and dry wood. Mouthfeel is tiny round, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with grapefruit rinds, butterscotch, straw, pine, dry wood, bread and orange peal. Terrible! Possibly a bad bottle.
