Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

(Flaske 35,5 cl) Clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Fat, slightly floral hop aroma. Medium body with a solid - but never sweet - base of caramel malt and then a very solid hop bitterness that could’ve been a bit more sophisticated for my taste. But not a bad IPA. 12oz bottle. Aroma: Semi sweet malt with a light caramel character. Nice hop aroma with some pine and citrus up front. Some light grass in there, too. Appearance: Dark golden/orange and slightly hazed. Off-white heas was full and rocky with great retention. Nice lacing. Flavor: Bready malt with some caramel. Pine, resin, and citrus hops come in strong. Bitterness is strong and almost burns the throat. Fairly dry finish. Palate: Medium bodied. Medium high carbonation. Overall: Good, solid IPA. Nice flavor, great bitterness.

Bottle. Pours clear orange with a large head. Leaves fair lacing. Aroma wasn’t your average for high hopped beers; not much citrus, not much pine. It smelled more perfume, celery, floral, a little resin. Taste starts out as sweet malt (toffee), and end with the hops, with a little citrus. Medium bodied. The flavors balance a bit more for an IPA. Pretty good.

Bottle - nice, big hop nose. Plenty of grassy and piney hops - more piney. Darkish golden to light amber body with a beige head. The flavor is more bitter than the aroma, which is a good thing for me! The hops and malt are bordering on unbalanced toward the hops, which is also a good thing for me! A really tastey IPA. So dry that it makes you thirsty ... I need another.

A tasty IPA. Pours a deep, cloudy brown in color with a small white head. Nice big hop aroma. Flavor is big, pleasantly bitter hops up front over a nice soft malty backbone. I thought it was very well balanced and enjoyable.

Wow!! This hazy dark red/brown masterpiece is one of the most bitter beers I have come across! The head was non-existent probably because the hops didn’t want it there and they call the shots in this beer. The aroma was (of course)hoppy but they let some citrus come through as well. The face you make after this beer is the same Tom made in Tom and Jerry after eating alum (pucker)

Pours out medium to dark amber, little to no head. Aroma of hops, hops and more hops, with a slight odor of ocean and wet forrest. Flavor is wonderful hoppish citrus, malts. Hops Infusion is a proper name for this lovely IPA beer, however Victory’s Hop Devil, Dogfish Heads 60 & 90, and Pyramids Thunderhead is a level of above this. Weyerbacher has a very good beer here, nicely sessionable. Warning: Its 6%+ ABV can sneak up on you, but its wonderfully delightful!
