Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

A-- Poured a dark, somewhat clear amber copper color. Attractive enough looking. Started as light brown film and had to coax a two finger head by vigorous swirling. Settled back to film then. Some spotty lacing. S-- Pine, grapefruit, lemon, slightly grassy, and lots of Carmel. T-- Toffee, near burnt. Orange, lemon, grapefruit, and more grass. M-- Watery in mid and back palate. Front is more metallic than anything else really. Low carbonation and somewhat puts me off in drinking this. O-- Not real good. Decent looking and decent smelling. Comes apart after that.

On bottle from Cervezorama, Madrid. Golde color, good foam. Intense hoppy aromas, piney. Medium/high body & complexity. Immediate stick sweetness & very high bitterness. Very enjoyable

Bottle. Pine and some citrus in the nose. Slightly hazy orange color with a creamy head. Initial is all strong hop, a cutting bitterness in mid with some fruitiness (peaches) in the background, and final also a bit strong... with some metallic notes as well. Medium-heavy body, A sharp hoppy brew. The finish is just a touch off, ink or acid or ....

Bottle at the Beer Temple Amsterdam. Deep clear amber pour, frothy head but minimal lacing. Malty aroma, but the real enjoyment comes from the heavily hopped spicy taste. A real hop lovers dream. Very refreshing when served cool and at 6.2% it has just the right level of alcohol for a session! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I held onto a bottle of this to taste/compare along side Weyerbacher’s new IPA "Last Chance" and they should have stuck with this one. This one has a great hoppy nose, full mouth flavor, and finish. Solid malty balance.

Deep copper pour. Some citrus grapefruit. Nice and hoppy without overdoing it. Good as usual from weyerbacher. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Medium amber with a frothy head. Aromas of about a 50 50 balence of piney hops and caramel. Flavors of light grassy/fruity hops, toffee, and has a slight hint of nuttyness. Medium bitterness, slightly dry, light sweetness. Not sure if im being harsh to this rating after rating and tasting mostly imperials for the last month or so.

Bottle, 6.2%. Grapefruity and piney aroma, not as sweet smelling as many other of the style. Cloudy orange amber colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour starts off quite bitter, a bit rough, but clean. Then comes a teaish and creamy note and a little sweetness. The hop flavour is not extremely fruity or citric - or sweet for that matter.
