Commercial Description:
Hops Infusion exhibits deep malt characteristics- this beer has undeniable character and body. Glowing a deep amber color, Hops Infusion is brewed with seven types of hops. The result is unmistakable-- hop-heavenly flavor with earthy, spicy, sharp citrus notes. Hops Infusion has four times the dry-hopping as our already hoppy IPA.

Golden-brown color, clear, large semi-lasting rocky head. Nose--I don’t get this "huge" aroma some of you guys are getting -- instead, a pleasant floral/hoppy smell with a hint of sweet malt, good but nothing incredible. Flavor is quite strong, though, very bitter with perhaps a hint of the metallic, piney, with just barely enough malt to keep it from scorching the tongue. Finish surprisingly clean and smooth. Certainly very good, but I’ll have to try it again to call it "great".

Very cloudy with plenty of hop particles floating around the liquid. Pours with a relatively dense head. Aroma is sappy, floral, subtle cocoa?, oxidation, tea-like herbal hops, and musty. Oxidation and heavy carbonation first bombard the mouth. Then comes the hop resin, nuttiness, and caramel malt. Something is definitely funky here . If they dropped the carbonation level and the damn oxidation from their line they would be so much better off. This is a very impressive IPA but with more malt and some help around the edges this would be world-class. It supplies the perfect bitterenss which I seek in such style.

Pours a clear dark orange with a nice amount of foamy manilla head. Aroma is hoppy and citrusy, a bit of pine too. Flavor is fruity and mellow for an ipa, good sweet grapefruit flavors. Overall, a nice sippin ipa.

I’m a hoppy person so I was drawn to this brew. What surprised me was the nice balance between the maltiness and hop flavor of this I.P.A.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 12 oz bottle. Medium copper pour, soft white head that leaves sticky lacing. Fresh, pungent hoppy aroma with faint cat urine (in a good way), spruce and mint. Standard IPA flavor with some citrusy grapefruity notes, a bit of mint, some nuttiness. Thickish, non-stinging mouthfeel. I’m liking what I am seeing from this brewer - new to Florida.

Deep bronze with a creamy thick light brown head. Wonderful nose full of hops and a hint of sweetness - maybe caramel or maple syrup. The taste is wonderful but not as hoppy as I expected. Piney, oily body and taste with a hint of grapefruit. Slightly sharp edge to the finish but this was good!

Big spicy, herbal, citric, floral hop nose. Rocky, sticky white head. Pale copper hue. Pale malts first, supporting a big line of hops. Well balanced, quite refreshing and inviting. Herbal hops flow and linger around forever. Minty, citrus, pine needles, big earthiness. Very drinkable, I wanna try this on draught...

Hoppy aroma, some citrus and even a slight nutty complex. Flavor is much the same except for a higher feel of malt with some smooth mouthfeel all around. Not as bitter as I expected, but it still is a damn fine IPA, just not over-hopped.
