Silky ivory-colored head and clear metallic gold body. Aroma is sweet butterscotch, popcorn, and cinnamon toast. Light diacetyl in the flavor with a mild toasty, caramel malt center. Slight nuttiness adds a little depth, but doesn’t take it very far. Seems like a mundane, forgettable bitter to me.

Jul 15, 2008 Below average beer. I was expecting so much more. Bottled from a sample case. Amber in color with caramel and toasted malt flavor. Not terrible, but not one I want to drink again.

May 17, 2008 Bottle sampled. Pours a copper/amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, and toasted malts. The flavor is Slightly sweet caramel, citrus, toasted malts, very light traces of hops. Thin bodied, i dont blame Weyerbacher, i blame the style.

Mar 29, 2008 Tap at Weyerbacher. Pours out a light amber color with a lot of carbonation. Aroma is of some sweet malts and slight hop bitterness. Taste is a bit watery, some roasted malts, some grain and slight bitter hop finish. Not bad.

Mar 10, 2008 Thin offwhite head of fine and dense bubbles. Zesty citrus aroma with some light malts, sweet tarts and bitterness. Color is a medium orange amber. Light malts and dry toasted grains. Gritty mouthfeel with a decent bitterness. Finishes malty and bitter. A decent brew but not one that I would seek out again.
