COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kilo is a summery Saison made with chamomile, coriander, and grains of paradise. The spices, hops, and yeast have formed a complex spicy pallet enhanced with a tart undertone. The sweet, floral aroma is filled with orange, Juicy Fruit, and pepper let loose by lively carbonation. 5.9%, unfiltered, and bottle-conditioned, Kilo is the perfect beer to break the summer heat.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber with a moderate-large tan head that lasted until mid-glass and left partial lace. Aromas is orange soda, yeast, and some mild spice. The flavor is very similar with the same orange soda, yeast and mild spice. A bit spritzy on the palate. Not something I would look to revisit.

theisti (3297) - Leawood, Kansas, USA - OCT 14, 2010
12 oz bottle shared by Bill. Pour is hazed orange golden with a one inch light tan head. Aroma is an odd blend of urinal cake floral sweetness, and the skin of a green pepper. Taste is better, thought it still focuses on the vegetal green pepper, followed by grain wheatiness. palate is medium, mouth coating with a weird lingering vegetable finish. Odd beer.

Listigovers (369) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 3, 2010
Very nice aroma. Spicy with some hops. Pours a cloudy orange-brown colour. Very unique spicy flavour, big flavour. Sparkling palate, but very mediocre aftertaste. Could have been great, but a flawed beer.

FROTHINGSLOSH (5095) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 1, 2010
Sampled on draft at Smokin’ Joe’s in Pittsburgh PA this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a medium sized soapy white head that lingered and produced good lacing. The aroma was berries, sugar, cardboard and must. The flavor was artificial berries, lemon and aspertame. The finsih was long, dryish and vaguely fruity. Medium body. Quite disappointing.
