Coppery amber in color with a humongous foamy off-white head. Very spicy aroma with hints of citrus. Deep flavor that is spicy, fruity, and malty. Hints of hops, citrus, spice. Very nice.

On tap at Capone’s during Philly Beer Week. Pours golden blond with fluffy white head. Spices nicely complements a typical Saison flavor. Has a bit of the typical Weyerbacher phenolic character. A bit sweet that is enhanced by the carbonation. Overall, a nice Saison.

Draft at CAH and Capone’s. Pours turbid gold with 1f white head. Nose is floral yeasty spice, hopcitrus, esters. Tastes very citric, with heavy tangerine and pinepple notes, floral hops, and yeasty esters. Very smooth finish and huge complexity with big floral and yeasty spicy flavors. Very good.

Hazy orange/gold pour. White head. Spicy, dry aroma with pepper and doughy malts. Flavor has light spice, yeast, lemon, melon and faded hops.

The aroma is funky and slightly sweet in the typical saison style. The bright amber orange appearance has a small white head. There are deep citrus notes for a saison which settle nicely with some bready flavor as well.

Very nice wheat-like saison from Weyerbacher. Sampled on draft at Dunderbaks.

Lightly hazy, dark golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of honey, citrus, grass, spices, and toast. Taste of citrus, spices, orange peel, and a dry finish.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with an averaged sized head. Aromas of spices, some yeastiness, and citrus. Tastes of spices, citrus, some fruitiness, and grains.

Tap at Capones. Pours a hazy orange with a medium creamy off white head that laced. Aroma of banana, clove, some lemon and light spicy saison character. The spices are there but not overbearing. Flavor had more of the spices. Bready malt, banana and overall pretty dry.

Draft. Big foamy head. Aroma is earthy, spices. Flavor had a sweet spice, esters, bread and a smooth finish. Great for hot weather.
