Commercial Description:
Our lager is 5.0% ABV, its amber, fermented with Danish Lager yeast, but its no Danish lager! Malty and full-bodied from lots of carapils and caramunich malt, this brew is hopped only with the very expensive German Tettnang hops. Its meant to be a very tasty session beer, not an over-the-top expression of lager like you might expect from us, but a lager that’s flavorful and something you can drink all night, but still taste.

Grapefruit nose and taste, very citrus in flavor with a nice sweetness. Poured amber and went down smooth. This one was surprising because I thought it was a Traditional Lager before I tried it.

Thanks to egajdzis for hooking me up with this. Appears a light amber with a soapy white head that fades and leaves spotty lacing. Smell is of light, grassy hops and a touch of mixed malts. Tastey brew with some caramel malt and florally hops coming through in the mix. Mouthfeel is smooth & tastey with a hint of hops sliding down the tongue.

Draft at the Drafting Room. Poured a dark straw color with aroma of caramel malt and hopcit. Somewhat light palate with some caramel malty and citric hop flavors.

Sample from Growler filled the day before from the Drafting Room in Exton, PA. Only 6 kegs of this one was brewed. Poured a medium amber color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of light caramel with grassy hops. Tastes of the same with some pine. I got some nice hoppy burps out of this one (more hoppy than I would have imagined from this beer).

lots of hops in the nose, also some slight caramel sweetness. pour was a cloudy amber with a thin white lacing ontop. loads of grass in the flavor, backed up by some caramel malts. very light body and crisp finish, slightly oily mouthfeel.
