COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A full-flavored hop assault delightfully lacking in balance. A combination of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Columbus hops are used to produce pungent aromas of grapefruit, pine and citrus.

12 oz. bottle from my Secret Santa umich03jm. Thanks man! Pours an orangish amber with a small white head. Nice, big aroma of piney, citrus, and grapefruit hops. Mild grass notes with a sweet malt presence. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes with a lingering bitterness. Nice.

Out of fridge, hazed amber pour into hopslam glass. The smell has a sharp grapefruit scent as well as bread and herbs. Flavor is grapefruit, zesty, and zippy with a light malt backing. Its damn good.

Bottle with two dates printed on the neck perhaps a bottled on date and an expiration date? Pour has an orange amber color with a cap of white head that fell back to a ring on the glass. Aroma has citrus, bit of grass, and mild bitterness. Mouth feel is medium light and the carbonation strong. Flavor increases the bitterness, citrus, supporting malt, and a light hint of soap.

Bottle @home. Hazy orange pour, thin white head. Aroma is floral hops, somewhat sweaty and with a bit of grains. Flavor is bitter spicy hops, nice balance but a bit boring. Still well drinkable IPA.

clear orange with thin white cap. Stale nose is washed out, faint paper and tea, light grass, cardboard. Empty flavor, old and dead, cardboard bitterness and light cheese grow by end, overwhelming with grapefruit masked. Slicky and oily. Low abv and my hopes were up, but for Weyerbacher that means low flavor.

Pours a hazy golden/amber with a smallish white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit and citrus. Pine comes in with the taste and a slightly bitter finish. Solid IPA.

Hazy honey color with thin white head. Aroma is malty sweet with citrus. Hops are sharp with an overly green flavor. Bitterness lingers and malt profile is minimal. Not my style of IPA.

Bottle from Total Wine in Orlando, FL. Pours hazy gold with an off-white head. Rather citrus aroma. Med + body. Flavor is hoppy citrus, even zest. Sturdy malt backbone. Finishes with hop burn and bitter. Quite nice.

Not exactly the "hop assault" that’s described, at least not super bitter, but a nice solid IPA. Orange body, foamy white head. Citrus. Okay IPA.

Bottle: Pours clear amber with a tight, beige head. Earthy, aroma, pine....a little unpleasant. Caramel, earthy, malty hop flavour.... Brings to mind roots and leaves....orange peel. Different, but I find that I am enjoying it after the initial scent. Pretty good.
