COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A full-flavored hop assault delightfully lacking in balance. A combination of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Columbus hops are used to produce pungent aromas of grapefruit, pine and citrus.

Clear copper pour light off white head ... aroma of biscuity malts, caramel and mostly floral hops with a rindy and citrusy hop element as well ... taste is earthy hops, biscuity malts, floral and bitter rindy citrusy (lemon peel) hops with very light pine ... finishes with a lingering bitter dry hop bite ... has a nice rindy bitter floral hop presence .... a slight upgrade over hops infusion

Golden amber color with a white frothy head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, and hops, but not powerful aroma. Lots of hop bite in the flavor with grapefruit, pine, and lots of hop bite at the back end.

This poured a lighter oraange color with a beige head. Aroma was fruity, and perfumey, soem earthy notes too. Flavor was bitter and astringent, with raspberry perfume notes. Very odd and not very good at all.

Pours clear gold with a medium foamy white head. Aroma has some earthy/spicy hops and a touch of grapefruit. Flavor is grassy/spicy and bitter...a bit musty with some light pale malt notes. Mouthfeel is is medium and the finish is dry and spicy/grassy bitter.

The aroma is citrus, caramel. The appearance is gold/red, white head. The flavor is ctrus, caramel, slight earth and a noble hop bitterness (not sure why). The finish is mostly citrus. Medium in body. Good.

Bottle thanks to Dmac. Pours out a nice copper color with a small white head. Aroma is of some decent citrus hops, caramel, light pine and an odd spicy/earthy/vegetable note in there also. Taste is of citrus, caramel, some odd vegetal and spicy notes, biscuit and a slight amount of pine and grapefruit coming through, through the truly odd malt backbone. Interesting....

12 oz bottle from Spirits Rt 166. Poured a decent looking copper/orange body with a smaller frothy mostly white head. Aroma was not all that great, notes of bread crusts, rotting oange meat, grass clipings and pennies. Fuller bodied with average carbonation and a creamy finish that leaves a lingering aftertaste that I sadly did not care for. Falvor of wet bread, orange rind, bad citrus fruits, hint of spruce tips and some pennies and a brief hint of some sort vanilla flavor. Sorry Weyerbacher I love the idea of donating part of the sale of this beer to helping animals but itís just not my pint of beer.
