COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A full-flavored hop assault delightfully lacking in balance. A combination of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Columbus hops are used to produce pungent aromas of grapefruit, pine and citrus.

clear orange with thin white cap. Stale nose is washed out, faint paper and tea, light grass, cardboard. Empty flavor, old and dead, cardboard bitterness and light cheese grow by end, overwhelming with grapefruit masked. Slicky and oily. Low abv and my hopes were up, but for Weyerbacher that means low flavor.

Pours a hazy golden/amber with a smallish white head. Nice aroma of grapefruit and citrus. Pine comes in with the taste and a slightly bitter finish. Solid IPA.

Hazy honey color with thin white head. Aroma is malty sweet with citrus. Hops are sharp with an overly green flavor. Bitterness lingers and malt profile is minimal. Not my style of IPA.

Bottle from Total Wine in Orlando, FL. Pours hazy gold with an off-white head. Rather citrus aroma. Med + body. Flavor is hoppy citrus, even zest. Sturdy malt backbone. Finishes with hop burn and bitter. Quite nice.

Not exactly the "hop assault" that’s described, at least not super bitter, but a nice solid IPA. Orange body, foamy white head. Citrus. Okay IPA.

Bottle: Pours clear amber with a tight, beige head. Earthy, aroma, pine....a little unpleasant. Caramel, earthy, malty hop flavour.... Brings to mind roots and leaves....orange peel. Different, but I find that I am enjoying it after the initial scent. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewery. Pours hazy copper with a creamy off white head. Tastes hoppy, like pine, grapefruit, resin. Dry feel. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like hops, musk, resin, earth.

Tap at brewery. Pours clear amber with creamy white head. Aroma is floral and grassy hops, cereal and biscuit malts, light orange peel, and lemon zest. Flavor is dry malts, fresh hop bitterness, light citrus esters, and faint grapefruit; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

Poured pint from draft. Deep amber, slightly cloudy, no foam in my pour. White lacing from little head. Bitter, citrus hop, but not too fruity. Light body. Very dribkable

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a soapy white head that leaves a nice film. Aroma has strong earthy pine some citrus rind and mild malt. Taste has bitter hops of lemon rind, grapefruit and pine which is earthy soil some herbal notes with yeast and malt in the finish. Palate is medium fizzy carbonation slightly juicy with a chalky finish. I’m not totally digging this, but I also find myself wanting more!?
