A full-flavored hop assault delightfully lacking in balance. A combination of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Columbus hops are used to produce pungent aromas of grapefruit, pine and citrus.

STYLE: American IPA

ABV: 5.9%

LOOK: Sudsy copper and gelatinous. Not more than a bubble or two of carbonation and no head to speak of.

NOSE: An English IPA vibe. Much less American than expected. Some floral, piney hops are there, mostly overshadowed by leather and pavement if that makes sense.

MOUTH: Harsh. Astringent. And a too-long finish for what it is. Pulling myself together – petals, soap bar, one-way road, grapefruit rind.

4 oz. draft at the brewery in Easton, PA; ambery-golden color with off-white head. Aroma notes of strong tropical citrus/pine hops and lighter caramel malt sweetness. Taste adds some toasted grain, light spices, resin and dried fruit zest bitterness. Medium body, moderate-low carbonation, dry with citrus/pine bitter finish. Maybe their attempt at a west coast IPA but a smidgen too much.

12 oz bottle served fridge chilled into pint glass. Short white head. Some lacing. Beer is coppery orange in color. Light hoppy aromas with notes of citrus and pine. Taste is lightly sweet and medium bitter with notes of pine, citrus and grass. Medium bodied. Thin texture. Somewhat abrupt bitter finish. Decent IPA. Lacking some crispness. Nothing to rave about.

Bottle to glass. Appearance: Medium yellow color. Small white head. Aroma: Light pine, grass, maybe a hint of orange. Taste is sharp pine...then some hops, alkali finish. Not too pleasant.
