12 oz bottle. Poured a clear golden/yellow with a huge white frothy head, this is starting off pretty good for Weyerbacher. Aroma of lots of yeast, spice and some banana notes, going pretty for Weyerbacher. Smooth palate with good carbonation and a medium/full body, uhm still going well considering it’s aa Weyerbacher. Flavor was lots of yeast and some tropical fruit sweetness going along nicely with the spicy peppery notes from the aroma. Wow for Weyerbacher this is pretty good stuff.

Aug 18, 2008 Classicly flavored triple ale. Slightly spicy and fruity--apricot most noticeable. On draft in a goblet. Nice light copper with a frothy head.

Aug 13, 2008 Pours a cloudy golden color with a minimal white head. Aroma is cinnamon and bread dough. Taste is sweet roasted malt, banana, bubble gum and cinnamon. Real tasty!

Aug 8, 2008 Total cloud overcast dark ochre with giant off-white head. Big yeasty bouquet thick with sweet tropical fruits like banana. Also apples. Yikes, it’s very very sweet. Ugh. Candy. Dessert. Thick, custard-like. Not at all my thing.

Aug 7, 2008 Courtesy of sebletitje. Pours hazy deep gold with thin white head. The aroma is loaded with sugar sweet malts, candi sugar, apricots, banana and bubble gum. I also get an addition of dates and figs on successive draws. The taste has sugar sweetness up front along with malt sweetness, grainy malts and spices like cloves, anise and coriander. It also takes on a pepper quality too. Seems nice and warming. A very nice sipper type brew with a fairly thick rich body.

Aug 2, 2008 On tap at Brother Tuckers...very nice. Hazy orange color with a nice head. Aroma is malt, bread, yeast, honey, stone fruits. Flavor is sweet, yeasty, and friggin delicious. Nice damn beer.
