tagz (296), USA Jan 1, 2008 bottle. pours cloudy amber moderate white head. great aroma - fruity musty yeast. taste brings in banana and tart orange. mild bitter hop and just the right bite from the alcohol. unlike many tripels this one is crisp, not cloying. more akin to the belgain golden ale mentioned on the label. this one is a keeper, i’ll have to throw some in the cellar.

This is very nice. bhensonb (2769), Woodland, California, USA Aug 1, 2008 750 ml bottle, corked and caged, from Wine Specialist. Poured a hazy orange/apricot color with a white head that went down rapidly. Aromas of candi, honey and a hint of funk? Medium bodied with creamy carbonation. Flavor is a fruity tripel, that finishes pretty dry and woody. Wood? Funk? Yeast! Bet it’s yeast. Drinks really well, and it is interesting in a tasty way. Good ale. phishpond417 (1231), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Jul 28, 2008 Pours an attractive cloudy orange colour with a fairly large white head. Aroma is sweet and enticing, almost nectary- honey, maple syrup and candy. Mouthfeel is full and well carbonated, with semi sweet, acidic wheat taste all the way through. Nice beer! MuttyD (61), Cambridge, USA Jul 28, 2008 Hazy golden/amber color with thin white head. Yeasty and sweet fruity aroma and flavor. High carbonation, not as drinkable as other tripels I’ve tried.
