COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fruity, caramelly nose is followed by a pleasantly malty palate with notes of candi sugar and the fruit you expect in a Belgian style. Finish is slightly malty with a hint of treacle.

Draft at Churchkey. Amber color, huge beige head. Aroma of raisins, spice, grass. Taste is caramel, nutmeg, more flavorful than your average dubbel.

Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of malt, Belgian yeast, wheat, slight bubblegum, and slight spice. Poured amber in color with a small to medium-sized, creamy, dense, tan head that lasted throughout. Slightly hazy. Slightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of malt, Belgian yeast, wheat, bubblegum, slight spice, and a hint of banana. Medium body. Slightly tingly, then slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, Belgian yeast, and wheat finish. 7.7%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a dark amber, almost brown color, with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, dark fruits, some fruitiness, and cola. Tastes of the same with some chocolate and lighter earthiness. Sweeter finish.
