Draft at Churchkey. Amber color, huge beige head. Aroma of raisins, spice, grass. Taste is caramel, nutmeg, more flavorful than your average dubbel.

Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of malt, Belgian yeast, wheat, slight bubblegum, and slight spice. Poured amber in color with a small to medium-sized, creamy, dense, tan head that lasted throughout. Slightly hazy. Slightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of malt, Belgian yeast, wheat, bubblegum, slight spice, and a hint of banana. Medium body. Slightly tingly, then slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, Belgian yeast, and wheat finish. 7.7%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

Tap at Capones. Pours a hazy chestnut color with a medium creamy off white lacing head. Aroma of caramel, dark fruits, candi sugar, spicy Belgian yeast notes. Flavor of dark fruits, sweet caramel malt, molasses, nuts, roared malt, fruity and spicy yeast notes.

Draft. Medium beige head atop hazy brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, spicy, caramel, some molasses. Taste is moderately sweet, spicy, some brown sugar, caramel. Medium body.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured a dark amber, almost brown color, with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, dark fruits, some fruitiness, and cola. Tastes of the same with some chocolate and lighter earthiness. Sweeter finish.
