From the bottle: brown, offwhite head. Quite malty, a little bit of hops and a tiny bit of roast. Medium to light-bodied.
From cask, gravity feed: Much the same, but with a denser head and a velvety smoothness probably due to the lower carbonation. Rating is based on the cask version, which I liked much more.
