WOW. Tastes like a rasberry flavored Godiva choclate. Not too sweet, though, well balanced.

Bottle, and sadly... the last one. Raspberry leaps up at you along with earthy chocolate and a faint hint of alcohol. Small 1 inch head when poured into a pint glass, which vanishes fairly quickly, but contrasts against the midnight black body. Tastes of coffee, with hints of smoke, and has a soft but lingering finish tasting a bit of toffee.

12oz bottle. Pours dark brown almost black with a 3 finger tan head. Tons of raspberry, dark cherry, cocoa, and coffee on the nose. Flavor was very coffee like and lots of dark fruit flavors, very underrated in my opinion.

12 oz bottle. Pours a red hue of stark black with large tan head. The aroma is chocolate, coffee, some ambient fruitiness (although I can’t say I pick up much raspberry), a distant hint of roasted nuts, and some toffee. The flavor is mellow chocolate with a bit of coffee in the background and a much more pronounced raspberry character. The raspberry is just enough to give a tart edge to the chocolatey sweetness. The finish is light caramel and berries. The whole thing is rather low-key, which is not something I typically expect from an imperial stout. A pleasant surprise, this one.

Bottle, I think from Acknud, but not sure. Black pour wtih a brownish head. Aroma is a bit muted with some raspberry, chocolate and malt. Flavor is remarkable similar to the old Cadbury chocolate bars with raspberry syrup in the inside. Very good and VERY unique. Glad I am getting more of these.

Bottle. A very dark beer with hints of read in the tan head. While it says Raspberry, this tastes like a stout. A very good balance but would have liked a little more raspberry flavor. Beer is sweet but not overpowering.
