Deep amber with pinkish/red tones. Nose is a meaty, boozy raspberry/strawberry with oak, light funk/hay, and faint vanilla. Flavor is raspberry with a somewhat sharp acetic acid sour that hangs for a bit before cleaning off to a watery wheat malt and faint vanilla/oak flavor. Lingering tart berry. Good, but a bit sharp and harder to drink at 11%.

A delicious sour ale. Strong raspberry flavor followed by a perfectly balanced sour finish. A masterpiece to those who enjoy sour beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This beer is fantastic fresh but I don't like it nearly as much aged. It still smells like raspberries but has hints of vinegar in the taste. Still great carbonation and mouthfeel but the taste is fading. Drink it fresh! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750s, corked and baled, 2011 and 2012, side by side. Thanks, M! Pours a cloudy pinkish with a fizzy off-white head that hangs around and around. Bright fruity nose, plenty of fresh berry for sure, with a bit of mineral and a tiny bit of barnyard way in the background. Crisp body, very nimble despite having a bit of heft to it. Great carbonation. Berries, rocks, and farm on the mid palate. Tangy tart finish.

Strong raspberry aroma, light head, no lacing, very fizzy on the tongue even after swallowed.  Okay, but missing a bit of pop.

Bottle Poured into a glass. Dark red brown pour with a bubbly light brown pink head that leaves right away. Smells a bit strange. Funky sour with raspberry, vinegar, and some savory notes. Taste is super funky. Raspberry up front that?s really tart that moves to a gentle oak body with amylase notes in the finish.

Bottle. Pours a nice clearish pink/red with lots of carbonation. Aroma is tart raspberries with a flavor to match. Sour, but not overpowering. Really solid. Abv was big, I liked that part too.

Pours a hazy golden brown from the cork and cage bottle with nice particulate yeast and quickly dissipating bubbly white head. Aroma of sour, funky, dark fruits with a great brett presence. Taste follows, everything is more muted though, but still a good sour presence. Lingering sour, bubbly and effervescent on the tongue. Solid attempt from American company to do a sour, but flavor was lacking compared to the nose.

Pours cloudy reddish pink color with pink head. Aromas of rasperries and wood with some sourness. Tart raspberry flavor with a touch of sweetness and oak. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.
