We have made this release of our Brewer’s Select Series in time to help you enjoy your holidays. It is a festive combination of malts, Belgian yeast, and cherries. This dark chestnut brew has a nice caramel malt character, a tart cherry fruitiness that carries throughout, and a nice warming finish.

Pours a hazy copper brown from the bomber with thin ring of bubbly tan head. Aroma and taste of dark fruits and Belgian candi sugar. Booze is present but not overwhelming, not bad, but nothing too exciting.

Drank from a pint glass, poured from a 750 mL bottle. Pours a beautiful deep, dark copper color, with plenty of frothy head! Amazing aromas of cherries and malt! The taste is strong in sweet malts, a slight sour/tart taste from the cherries, but a good Belgian nonetheless.

bottle. Brown with small head. Sweet caramel and chocolate malts. Boozy with cherry fruitness. I expected more tartness from the cherries. Just sweet and boozy. I don’t know if this needed more time to age. Too many rough edges at the moment.

Big cork and caged bottle picked up at brewery. Served in a tulip glass. Pour down the middle results in big three finger baige head. Some light lacing. Beer is a mahogany color. Aroma is strong with yeast and bread notes. Some dark or dried fruite notes. Taste is medium sweet with little to no bitterness. Notes of yeast, dried fruite and cherry. Very faint alcohol warming. Medium bodied beer with average carbonation. Overall a very good beer.
