4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 mL from Andersons, $6.99 or $7,99, I forget. Very dark almost-black brown pour with a sizable rocky almost-dark-brown head. Aroma dark, chocolate, very light roast, notable fruity Belgian yeast esters, almost a hint of bubble gum or banana notes. Flavor is predominantly chocolate and quite sweet; alcohol warmth is very apparent but not remotely off-putting or astringent; just "warm.". There is some vanilla lurking in here too, I think. Body is medium-thick; lively carbonation yet creamy at same time; really smooth texture; unusual but really nice. Iíve just been extremely disappointed with the latest batch of Weyerbacher Heresy only to try Tiny for the first time and be really impressed. This is a really great brew and a hell of a good value.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured black into the snifter, small tan head no much retention or lacing. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, some coffee and some booze. Taste of dark fruit, coffee some chocolate mixed with roasted malts, alcohol is blended in quite well. Complex and quite interesting. Certainly very enjoyable.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours an opaque, very dark brown with a gray-taupe head. Banana chips and nearly burnt malt aromas. Thick and chewy. The flavors mimic the nose except that some chocolate gets expressed.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
75cl bottle served in a snifter. Pretty much pitch black with nice (if somewhat shortlived) dark tan head. Aroma is sweet indulgent candy sugar and Christmas cake. Taste is molasses, toffee, licorice, caramel and luxurious fruit cake. Very little bitterness present and very much in the same vein as Black Albert (the label states "Belgian Style") with the butterscotch richness and high viscosity. A real dessert of a beer - dismiss any reviews suggesting the bitterness is too high with this one; they are taking nonsense.

1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Tap @ Hollywood. Big & black. Mild sterile sweet volatile impy stout aroma. No co2, inductively mouth coating. Flavors are nothing but on style terrible impy stout. What else can be said? A big nasty Nellie of a brew that is high alky and burns a little on the way down. DUDE! Way over the top and down the sides. What a silly name for its big impact on the palate. DIZZY!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle into snifter glass, opaque deepest dark brown (okay itís black) color with thin dark tan head. Aroma notes of heavy roasted malt, anise, booze, cocoa, dark fruits and red wine. Taste adds mocha, berries, smoke, nuttiness, molasses and earthy spiciness. Heavy body, low carbonation, creamy, soft, rich with dark fruity, boozy and roasty finish. Itís boozy, fruity and roasty. Maybe some years will tame the wilder notes.
