In 750ml corked n caged bottles this will be and unfiltered, fully bottle conditioned version of the super popular Double Simcoe. Expect Cask taste in a bottle, with more pronounced hoppy flavor and aroma due to being unfiltered. Also, carbonation will be a bit higher as is usual in our cork n cage series in keeping with tradition. It all comes together to form a uniquely great experience for hopheads.

Bottle, from Triangle Wine, Morrisville. Ok aroma, sweet. Mango, grapefruit, tad oxidization. Hazed brownish orange color, good size head, spotty lace though. Bitter sweet flavor. Thick body, creamy mouthfeel, bitter finish. Its ok, I dunno, has a taste Im not liking, might be the oxidation, just not a juicy simcoe, at least this bottle , Id have to have one I know was fresh to feel better.

A pungent aroma of hops and cheese rind. The palate is a little rough but that is to be expected with this unfiltered double IPA. I get creamy cheese, such as Brie and Gorgonzola, and sugary citrus. Tiny bubbles and a dry finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from Woodmans in Waukesha. Pours a hazy brownish orange with an orange head leaving some lacing. Super hazy/unfiltered/sediment-y. Aroma has that nice sweet grapefruity simcoe blend. Also some herbs and faint caramel. Taste is of sweet fruits, bitter lemony/grapefruity citrus with some resin and some underneath caramel maltiness. More malty down through the glass. Medium bodied with high sediment. Finishes sweetly bitter in a nice combination, with some length. This is so "well made, very good tasting homebrew"ish.

Pours a semi-opaque, brownish orange with excessive head due to super carbonation. Hops are a bit heavy, but balanced with the malts. Fun, high-gravity beer.
