COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
UNIFORM is our hoppy interpretation of a German-style Roggenbier. Its brewed with 25% Rye, 25% Wheat and 50% Pilsner malts and fermented with our house German Hefeweizen yeast. UNIFORM weighs in at 7% ABV and is an absolutely delicious beer; It is as bitter as a nice IPA and has a beautiful aroma which blends American hops with the traditional clove notes of Weiss beer!

corby112 (2214) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 24, 2012
Draft at The Pour House in Westmont, NJ. Pours a cloudy, dark golden straw color with a one finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Splotches of lace left behind.  Doesn’t look like a rye beer. Earthy hop aroma with citrus sweetness and a subtle vegetal quality. Grass and pine followed by lemon peel and grapefruit.  Also some subtle sweetness and pale malt. Medium bodied but fuller than expected with a strong bready/yeasty quality.   Not very rye like with lots of dry, earthy hops and zesty, peppery spice.  More like a hoppy wheat beer.  Hints of bread, yeast, citrus hops and pale malts.  Oddly metallic and astringent in finish.

Butters (3812) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - MAY 24, 2012
Sampled at Brewvival 2012. Pours a faint yellow with a slight chill haze and ring of white head. Aroma and flavor are very similar, lightly grassy, lemony, and clean but with a semi bitterness on the finish., not anything amazing, but pretty good.

Beerathon (1249) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 21, 2012
Interesting beer. The finish reminds me a lot of a wheat beer, but it has pale lager qualities too it. A banana and clove aroma dominates the nose. Nice light gold color with white head and lacing.

Bottle: The aroma consists of banana, soap, clove, and rye. It pours slightly hazy gold with a small white head. The flavor starts with lemon, banana, and citrus. The finish has orange peel, rye, and light clove. It’s light-medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy golden/orange with a thick white head...nice lacing. Aroma has earthy rye notes and fruity yeastiness. Flavor follows suit...adds some dry spicy saison notes...fruity stonefruit notes...tasty! Mouthfeel is medium and the finish is earthy, dry, and spicy.

Orlando, FL - World of Beer - Dr Phillips - on tap. Murky dark golden pour, snow white head, nice lacing. Aroma has a clove and banana thing going on reminding me of a weizenbock but the flavor tells me likewise. Flavor has a light citrus bent to it. some pear fruity sweetness and a faint trace of banana and cloves. Mouthfeel is pleasantly think. Not bad at all.

Golden color with a whitish head and a bit of haze. Slightly tart with a hint of yeast and wheat beer flavor. Banana, citrus, clove, pepper. Leads to a lightly hoppy finish.
