COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is a Belgian-style Pale Ale with an American twist. It is brewed with pale, caramel, and wheat malts, and hopped with centennial and Cascade hops to give it a distinctly American character. The medium bodied beer has a crisp palate and moderate bitterness coupled with the fruity esters from the abbey yeast strain. It is bottle and keg conditioned so expect a tall fluffy head and a small amount of sediment. Recipe by brewer, Jeff Musselman.

bottle. Amber with small head. Not a lot of belgian spice. Mild hops. Decent, but I was hoping for more from this.

Hazy pale amber with rimming off-white head; soft light aroma of Belgo yeast; Flava is sweet and soft hints of sugar and yeast; feels medium thick chewy foamy with zing near the end; finishes dry and notes of hops

Sweet aroma of golden wheat, cereal, caramel. Color is a pinkish hue, clear gold. Surprisingly hoppy, floral bitter. Astringent, but in a good perfume like way.

Nice aroma with a pale yellow color and full white head. Modestly bitter with a clean but slightly metallic finish.

Bottle. Pours a bubbly clear amber color with a moderate off-white head. Nose is a little yeasty and fruity. Taste is a little sweet, but with a harsh little bite to it.

Hazy orange pour with medium white head. Nice fruity/flowery aroma. Somewhat bland and mediocre taste. Alright mouthfeel.

Golden opaque color and appearance. It has the Belgium style bite. Not a very heavy beer but has a good body to it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy orange with light white head. Aroma is orange and so is the taste. It ends just a little bitter (some metallic flavor hidden in there), but is smooth overall.

A pretty generic yet solid Belgian. Standard pour, aroma, & taste. It’s clean & crisp & goes down easy on this warm spring day!

A Few beers deep at this point, but i like this one a lot. Good belgium yeast flavor with american hop flavor. Nice spice flavors involved. Not too heavy and almost sessionable.
