COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is a Belgian-style Pale Ale with an American twist. It is brewed with pale, caramel, and wheat malts, and hopped with centennial and Cascade hops to give it a distinctly American character. The medium bodied beer has a crisp palate and moderate bitterness coupled with the fruity esters from the abbey yeast strain. It is bottle and keg conditioned so expect a tall fluffy head and a small amount of sediment. Recipe by brewer, Jeff Musselman.

Plenty of carbonation. Nose is nice with some banana and bubble gum type flavors. Color is a nice hazed orange golden color. (Not sure if this was due to me accidentally freezing it). Flavor has a lot of spice to it. Mouthfeel is light and fizzy. Tastes more of the banana combo with some off notes. Not bad, but not great. Enjoyability 3/3.

Bottle. Pours a bubbly clear amber color with a moderate off-white head. Nose is a little yeasty and fruity. Taste is a little sweet, but with a harsh little bite to it.

Golden opaque color and appearance. It has the Belgium style bite. Not a very heavy beer but has a good body to it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a hazy orange with light white head. Aroma is orange and so is the taste. It ends just a little bitter (some metallic flavor hidden in there), but is smooth overall.

A pretty generic yet solid Belgian. Standard pour, aroma, & taste. It’s clean & crisp & goes down easy on this warm spring day!

A Few beers deep at this point, but i like this one a lot. Good belgium yeast flavor with american hop flavor. Nice spice flavors involved. Not too heavy and almost sessionable.

12 oz bottle. Amber, slightly cloudy pour with a generous fizzy off white head. Aroma of sweet malt, earthy hops and yeast. Medium body with a lasting bitter finish.

I think that there was something wrong with this beer. Strong harsh flavor that very metallic and sour - not in a good way. long aftertaste that was not pleasant.

Bottle at home. The aroma is apple juice, belgian yeast, cinnamon. Medium bodied, the flavor profile is centered around the fruity yeasty esters. The American hops contribute a piney dry finish. Good all around.
