4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
The bottle i tried was approaching the end of itís recommended lifespan. Although the aroma was a bit diminished and very slightly tainted, the flavor was still amazing. What a great blend of hops(Apollo, Calypso, Centennial, and Galaxy ). I Looking forward to trying this fresh next Spring.

Ahh Iím quite sure I had an old bottle. Hops were very faded and astringent. Very little malt character... just not good at all. Would love to try fresh.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from 750ml bottle. This bottle is certainly past its prime. I purchased it in December and subsequently learned it was a spring release. Thought I should open it before the end of the year.
Very hazy, coppery orange with a 4-finger billowing head and very good lacing.
Aroma of citrus, muted tropical fruit, pine, grass and malt.
Taste of light fruit, citrus, aging tropical fruit, pine and caramel.
Medium body and high/medium carbonization.
I'm sure this was better and with brighter hops when it was fresh. The only date on the bottle was "2014," so I had no way of knowing it was not fresh. In any case, I can only rate the beer in front of me.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy copper body under a one inch frothy off-white head thy had nice retention. The nose is a little more muted on the hops than I was expecting. Itís citrusy, but thereís a heavy caramel component that obscures them pretty well. The flavor is fairly bitter up front, but the heavy sweet maltiness really takes over in the middle. A decent lingering bitterness on the back end. Thereís a nice light yeastiness that softens and rounds out the hops pretty nicely. Medium bodied with a slight resiny cling on the back end. Decent DIPA, but not as bright and crisp as I like for the style.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours orange with a white fluffy head. Aroma is tropical fruit, citrus and yeast. Taste is moderate bitters with some sweetening. Medium bodied, alcohol well hidden, smooth with a quick finish. Overall this is a delicious IIPA that holds up well throughout.

(Bomber bottle). Brought to Mark's house to split. The bottle is clearly past prime as it is a springtime beer and now November. Nice hazy amber complexion. Bitter hop flavor.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a nice hazy orange color with nice foamy head. Aroma pulls a nice hop and citus note. To taste you pick up the hops immediately with a nice malt note on the back end. Finishes great on the palate. This is a great beer!

3.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Potent aroma of toasted hops, sweet hops, wheat, pale malt, hay and caramel. Flavor is the same. Bitterness is strong, hops are sweet, finish is sticky. Another IIPA from Weyerbacher but I like the diversity in them.
