COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
White Sun Wit is a crisp and hazy Belgian-Style Wit. White Sun Wit is Weyerbacher’s thirst-quenching spring and early summer ale. The nose has a light spiciness from the coriander, orange peel, grains of paradise, and star anise. The palate reveals a mild, refreshing and effervescent wheat beer that finishes with just a hint of tartness.

Pale yellow, hazy. Strong orange and light coriander. A little different take on a Belgium white. Less Belgium spices, orange plays a bigger role.

On tap (Blanche). Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with minimal head. Aromas of both lemon and orange zest up front with notes of coriander. Taste is spot on with the nose. Lemon and orange come through right away, followed by the coriander.

On tap as Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: Hazy straw colored body with a thin white head that dissipates rather quickly.
Aroma: Light sulfur with lemon and a touch of spice, slightly solvent like.
Taste: This is very light with a strong lemon flavor, coriander and a mild licorice finish.
Palate: Light and effervescent.
Overall: This is a decent witbier, but the anise really pushes me away from this. This is certainly refreshing though.

Pours a hazy gold with a moderate white head. Smells of banana, clove, pepper, coriander. Taste is sweet, mildly bitter and sour - sweet citrus, anise, peppery wheat, hint of butteriness,

rolled bottle popped sniffed sipped drank. Wonderful citrus aroma, just enough spice on palate. clean refreshing finish. Has a alot going on for just a basic wit. Not my favorite offering from this solid brewer, but might be the most drinkable

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with almost no head. Light and floral nose. Slightly sweet and citrusy on the palate. Easy drink, but not all that remarkable.

Aroma is mainly grassy lemon with some herbal spices lurking beneath. Sunny lemon yellow. Sweet citric acid taste up front, tart middle and unfortunately dull finish. Slick and quaffable. Weyerbacher bats outside its comfort zone and hits a ringing double.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Little lacing, medium body, well carbonated, and citrus aroma. Taste is citrus (mostly orange), coriander, and some spice. Really good american wit.

A pretty standard witbier. I got poured it twice thinking I was gonna get a double simcoe. Spicy with a big yeast presence.

Bottle. Pours a yellow color with white head. Spicy, coriander, wheat aroma. Not a big fan of the strong coriander flavor.
