The head is medium, the body orange. It smells sweet, a bit liquorice. The taste is sweet, wood, strange, a bit liquorice. Interesting but not my beer. 11/8/9/9/-/9

Bottle @ Ulfborg. Cloudy amber body with a small white head. Aroma is corn, hay, licorice root. Flavor is malt, licorice root, woody notes.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.

Clear light to medium yellow amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, malt, wood, earth, light. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet wood, earthy, dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120818]

Bottle @ The 5th Danish Summer Gathering Ulfborg, 2012. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet corn, bisquit, beans and rice. Medium bodied. Mocha beans.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a medium white head. The aroma is wood juice, malt and light hops. The flavour is dry and woody with some light hoppy notes.Light liquorice and weak coffee beans. Quite strange.

Bottle @ TFODRBSG, Ulfborg. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, rye and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 180812

Bottle @ FOneFan, Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2012. Clear amber with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, liquorice root, little coffee and a little caramel. Flavour is malt, liquorice root, wood, little coffee, medium sweet and a little caramel.

Bottle, at TFODRBSG-12. A hazy, amber beer with a small, beige head. Rather spiced nose, with some fruityness, peach and melon. Almost mocha-ish or licorice-ish. Unusual, but quite nice. The flavor is pretty much the same, some bitterness showing up in the end. Medium body, semi-dry. Certainly an unusual beer, but I find it intersting, tasteful and moreish. 120818

Bottle @ Summer Gathering, Ulfborg. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are straw, wood, licorice root, malt, coffee beans, caramel and hops.
