A dark amber mead with no head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of alcohol and fruit. The flavor is extremely sweet with notes os alcohol and honey on a dry background. This one really warms.

Amber color. Heavy spicy honey aroma and a fruity alcoholic taste. Medium to full body and a sweet warming alcoholic finish.

Brown colour. Aroma is very sweet, reminding me of dried fruit. Flavour also very sweet, not far from dessert wine, but a little spicier. I do not know the difference between sherry and port, but close to one of those.

Clear red-foxy amber. Very vinous, and brandy-ish, even like old brandy or Pineau des Charentes. Sweet, honey-ish smell. VERY sweet taste indeed. Honeyish character is unmistakable; vague yeasty notes, dates and dark candi sugar. Very sticky MF, slick, alcoholwarming. "Pittige" (hot) they say, but I would have liked it a bit drier. Very nice nose, however.

Bottled: Amber clear coloured. Spices, alcahol and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour is rather medical and sweet. Is nicely fruity in the end.
