Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Thin, malty Mild. Somewhat chalky, papery, with a little berry on the finish. Reasonable Mild for the abv.

Rich, dark colour. Dry malt aroma. Good mouthfeel, but not much in the way of flavour. maybe a bit of marmite. Finishes a touch thin and slightly acidic. Perfectly reasonable, but not exceptional. Cask (gravity dispense) at Peterborough Beer Festival.

Bright bottled at Peterborough Fest - drunk seven days later. Notes at the time: "Musky coffee mild. Slightly dry stouty. Score 3.1." Same feeling now.
