Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120117]

Cask handpull at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear gold thin beige head. Not a huge aroma. Not a huge flavour. Dusty some fruit salad. Not great nick. Nothing awful just a bit dull and lacking in flavour bit watery too.

Cask conditioned handpump Cordwainer Northampton. A blonde beer with an off-white head and lacing. Tropical citrus fruit noteswith pineapple especially in the nose. A bit dry and yeasty too. A bit uninteresting.

Cask at the Moon Under Water (JDW) in Hounslow, dark gold with a thin lacey white head and a very light haze, peachy malt on the nose, bread and fruit on the palate plus a little citrus, then a balanced malty-bitter finish.

Cask at the Lord Moon of the Mall (JDW), Whitehall. Hazy amber with a dense cream head; fruity aroma with citrus orange; sweet grapefruit flavour and a grainy body; then a dry and fruity finish. Very drinkable.

Cask by handpump at West Kirk, Ayr - clear amber ale, moderate carbonation, mild malt aroma, bitter taste with lingering bitter aftertaste. Not an outstanding beer, but nothing unpleasant about it.

on cask at the hour glass south k. Nice app, golden-bronze very clear, nice healthy sticking uneven splotchy head. fruit and flower aroma, nice balance of light bready malt clean bitterness and earthy, fruity, honey like aftertaste. very drinkable, nice.

Cask conditioned at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Amber to gold with white head. Fruity with a peachy note, honeysuckle fragrance, quite honeyed, some caramel. Reasonable enough.
