COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Every year one batch of cider stands out above the rest. The flavor and subtlety of all the apples shine through with clarity. Still and balanced, the aroma and taste impart the journey from orchard to bottle with distinction.

Bottle split at Dadsgiving, thanks to whomever, 24/11/13. Clear very pale blonde with a light off white covering. Nose is apple skins, apple pulp, light booze, sugars. Taste follows, apple core, sharp apple pulp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp finale. Ok cider - refreshing stuff.

Bottle at Dadsgiving! Pours a clear yellow gold. A bit of apple, some faint funk. Medium-bodied, tart and acidic. A sweet tart note as it leads into lingering malic acid sorts of notes.
