From cask at FlowerPot. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity hoppy. Light peachy and citrusy. Crisp hoppy and bitter into a medium dry finish.

Clear light medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100117]

Cask conditioned handpump Smithfield Derby. A light gold coloured beer with an off-white head and lacing. The aroma has some nice itchy spicy hops. Delicate clean hoppy taste with some grass and a little soap. An easy drinking tasty beer.
