Jan 9, 2006 [From barrel at GBBF 2005] A hazy dark orange cider with a small white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apple core. The flavor is also sweet and dominated by notes of apple core, but also with light notes of mould.

Dec 5, 2005 From the barrel at GBBF, August 2005. Hazy straw colour. Some farmyard on the nose. Also some toffee. Fruity, with a touch of sweetness. Maybe a little soft and easy going, but very quaffable.

Sep 13, 2005 Huge, thick, barnyard, funky apple aroma. Hazy yellow and still. Minty fresh apple flavour with some barnyard scrumpy character - notes of shoe polish and leather. Somewhat lactic. Sticky medium body is thick in the mouth and coats the teeth. Barrel sampled at GBBF 2005.

Aug 18, 2005 Barrel (GBBF): Great funky nose. Cloudy yellow in colour. Sweet bland musty apples. Thin though refreshing. Dissapointing flavour considering the wonderful nose.

Aug 7, 2005 From the barrel - GBBF 2005. A hazy orangey custard coloured cider with a sweetish apple pulp aroma. The taste is apply but a pit thin and dominated by pippy sweetness.
