COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Pineapple Express can be many things. And in Whistler, it’s the perfect excuse to kick back and enjoy a few ales. This golden beauty’s just the ticket. We start with a light blonde ale grist, and add a ratio of pure wheat malt. We then blend pineapple crush into the mash, and drizzle juice into the fermenter. We,ve been brewing award winning ales for five years now. This one’s as fresh as a warm breeze- straight from the shores of Maui.

Pours a cloudy orangey colour with a thin white head. Aroma is bready wheat, light spice, and sweet pineapple notes. Flavour is spicy, cloves, pineapple, citrus, and wheat. We?ll done fruit beer, enjoyable and not too sweet.

650ml bottle pours a pale golden amber color with a finger of white head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is light pineapple with some spice and grains. Taste is a light pineapple fruit and malty sweetness balanced with a light spicy and grassy hop bitterness. A well done fruit beer, one of the better ones I have tried.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of pineapple - very artificial. Flavour is very pineapple-y, too much pineapple -- drowns out anything else out. Very simple. Tastes very amateur. Not good at all.

Pours a cloudy light yellow colour with a slim white head. The aroma is a little funky wheat, citrus and pineapple. Its has a light body and carbonation the flavour is citrus and natural pineapple juice. overall enjoyable

sulawang (643) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 29, 2012
pours cloudy yellow-orange with minimal head, a few slow-moving CO2 streams. Pineapple juice on the nose. Smooth and fruity sweet pineapple (5/10) up front, light wheat malts in the mids, tingly fizzy mouthfeel, finishes off-dry light bitter and slightly rough on the palate. Medium complexity, medium depth, good transitions, okay carry, very good drinkability. Quite good for a seasonal beer.

Lagerboy (1331) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 25, 2012
Cloudy golden yellow, minimal white head. Tropical fruity aroma. Pineapple wheaty malt taste is very authentic, not at all artifficial or cloying. Some light caramel sweetness. Average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Sweet and fruity, very refreshing, though one glass is sufficient. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)
