330ml brown bottle. Gold with a small clingy white head. Nose is grainy with a bit of sweetness. Taste has sweet grains, distant hop note. A little grain and faint grass at the end. Average carbonation and body. Pretty boring.

Pours lager yellow with minimal head (this seems to be the thing with Whistler beer.) Somewhat earth aroma, like wet paper... Flavour isn’t quite that bad, though. Like the Whisky Jack though, it is bland. Pity.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Ariel. Pours yellow with a small head, aroma of corn and mushrooms, flavor of corn, cornflakes, sweet with a light body.

Aroma is very bland with some honey notes. Taste is also quite bland with slight sweet maltiness. So. E slight honey and caramel notes. Appearance is pale gold with a poorly retained head.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Ariel. Clear gold with white ring. Honey, oxidized apple custard aroma, sweet, fruity taste. Light body, a little sticky and long, sweet finish.

Hazy golden. Bubbling is enough such that it holds a white foam head. Aroma is mostly malty sweet adjuncts.sweet, matly, then bitter. Should be good, but not so much. Maybe grest for amateur converts and kids.

Bottled sample. Pale gold with medium carbonation. Aromas are of buttery caramel and sugar cookie. Fairly basic grainy malt flavours with a bit of caramel and honey sweetness. Light bodied. Nothing offensive, but a bit pointless.

Bottle sample. Pretty closed aroma, metallic more than anything. Lots of malt on the palate, cereal and toasted notes. Thin mouthfeel, long bitter finish, drying. Better than average.

Very pale body some white head some lacing. Sweet aroma a touch of vanilla and apple. Taste is sweet and kind of cidery with slight bitterness. A decent pale lager.

I actually kind of liked this. Certainly deserving of a passing grade. Aromas of melted butter and sweet grains. Flavors are pretty good. Very nice sweet wheat with notes of mint. Maybe it’s just me.. But I understand the ’premium’ part of this lager.
