Like our winged friends on the mountain, this ale is full of personality, withjust theright amount of hop! Warm copper colour. A well rounded mouthfeel with subtle bittering. A perfectly balanced brew.

Decently balanced actually. Has some hoppy pale ale feel with some oak. Pours red with some lacing. Finishes of bitter alcohol. Texture a little watery. Pint at the Metropole.

Thanks Mom for this lovely treat! The bottle is brown so I’ll assume that’s what the beer looks like. Metallic stuff, malt, corn.... the nose is what it is. Highly drinkable full of flavour, not really my kind beer but I see why people would drink this. Very malty, corn, caramel sweetness, lemon bitter in the finish. No real faults in the beer just not a beer a beer geek will reach for.

Draught pint @ Dusty’s Whistler. Pours hazulnut brown, with almost no head, unfortunately. Taste is bit flat; hazelnut, with caramel and almost no bitterness. It’s all right, but nothing out of the ordinary.

330ml brown bottle. Orange pour, clingy white cap and decent lacing. Nose has some toasty malt, caramel. Taste is grainy and lightly toasty with light caramel notes. Dry finish, lingering grains. Light bodied, average carbonation. Overall, not very exiciting, very underhopped.

Bottle at home, from my Minneapolis Town Hall glass. Pours deep reddish-amber/tawny, moderate off-white head, very sticky lacing. Nose is big canned creamed corn, caramel, hot metal, tire fire, and light spice. Jesus this smells... unique, in the way that having to glove up, lube up, and express my dog’s anal glands is unique. Flavours are sweet, corny, and buttery. This blows. Dear sweet Jesus this blows....

Can on Rocky Mountaineer Train, Canada. Vibrant bronze coloured beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly malty and roasted, and the flavour is gently malty and roasted with some caramelness. Overall a pleasant mildly roasted and malty beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clean amber color from the bottle with little to no head on the beer. Aroma has a low earthy hops nose with some light caramel malt sweetness and some mild maris toasted notes. Flavor has a pretty smooth flavor but slightly on the sweet side. Notes of peach, light raisin, a touch of light citrus orange and some sweet caramel malt and grainy notes finish it out. Body is oily with a low carbonation rate and modest heftiness too it. Overall an okay brew. Solid offering and overall an enjoyable everyday type of brew.

Beer pours a reddish dark copper color and has a big malty nose with some hopps. Then the flavor Co. Es up bold with malts up front then falls flat. Easy to drink but far from superior.
