Thanks djrn. Pours a hazy reddish amber with a one finger sandy tan head. Nose is acidic and lightly grainy, notes of cherry skin and cereal grain. Kind of slick... Grainy with a soy saucy character. Weird esters and acidity in there. Light bodied and slick on the finish. meeeehhhhhh

pours cloudy copper with a decent light beige-orange head, some retention and lacing. belgian fruity malts - sweet, shy rustic grains, toastiness and dry caramel, candies, very yeasty - some pepper, some metal, orange, cloying plain sugars. bright to average carbonation, medium body - tad heavy, short peppery-spicy finish.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Huhzubendah (2006) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 29, 2012
Bottle shared by Thorpe429. Thanks Mike!
The beer has a mild haze and appears orange hued. The head is white and thin, fading rapidly. The aroma is odd, with fruit, funk, malt, and a generally odd scent. The flavor isn’t particularly enjoyable either. This beer is just a bit off. Low carbonation. Not a repeat.

Thanks to aapp for sending this bottle out my way. Served in a Mikasa tulip.
Pour a hazy light copper with a thin white head and some spotty lacing. The nose has some faint earth and light bread. The flavor is mildly malty with a bit of earth. Grain and bread crust. Nothing really coming from the yeast. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not terribly impressive, unfortunately.

Shared by emacgee. Muddy orange copper with no head, light off white lace. Nose of faint muddled red fruit, cereal grains, dirty basement. Flavor is quite awful. More dirty basement, grain, soy, really hard to drink. Dump.
