The Imperial or Double IPA is a true American creation and a beer style loved by many. This small batch DIPA takes some non-traditional hops and explores the finer flavors of tropical fruit, bitterness and spicy hops with a golden sweet malt body. Warrior, Summit, Millennium and Northern Brewer hops team up to deliver bold flavor without the tongue scrapping bitterness. Old school, tasty and best fresh. I hope you enjoy this fun beer.

Pours a cloudy deep golden orange color with a nice fluffy beige head that displays great retention.
Smells earthy spicy and piney with a candy sugar kind of sweetness and a bit too much sweet malt aroma. The taste is a bit different. Earthy and spicy hops up front, a bit of sweet toffee and caramel malt in the middle and garlic and green onions in a long lingering resinous finish. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick resinous mouthfeel. This is a nice flavorful IPA. Its got great hop flavor and just enough bitterness, but in my opinion it could use some more aroma or dry hopping.
