Cask at 5th English Rose Beer Festival, Luton, Bedfordshire. Slightly hazy orange gold. Peppery yeast aroma. Taste quite sour with nettly hops. A little bread in the background. Not bad; one of those beers that appears to improve as you drink it.

Bottle. Golden beer with a light head. The aroma is grassy and hopped, and the flavour is quite bitter, hopped and mildly malty and yeasty. Overall a reasonable beer.

Bottle Conditioned. Hazy yellow gold with a small head. Aromas are caramel and wheat malts with soft spices and vanilla. Some citrus. Flavours are sweet wheat malts with citrus. Some spices with addictive saltiness. Dry wheat on the finish with hints of metal. Soft, yet tasty.
