COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dry slightly spicy beer with a fruity finish. An excellent choice for grilled oily fish like tuna and salmon.

Murky amber gold with a long, long white lasting head. Molasses, demerera sugar, plum, prune, date and citrus zest in the aroma. Taste is a blast of sweetness, blueberry and more dark fruit. Robust in the body, big carbonation. Finish is a touch sour, with a bitterness underpinning it from the hops. Warming alcohol comes through also.

Appearance: cloudy proud orange, thick white head. Aroma: orange, yeast, pepper. Flavour: woah, booze, yeast, malt, spicy, long malty finish. Good.
