Cask Conditioned handpump Coach & Horses Wellingborough. A bronze coloured beer with a bubbly off-white head. A nice crunchy cereal weetabix like aroma. A good fairly malty tasty beer with a bit of fruit. Nicely balanced and well drinkable.

Cask (handpump) @ Turf Tavern, 4 Bath Place, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England OX1 3SU.
Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light roasted, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, licorice notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111023]

6+ Rich malty aroma.
3+ Decent brown, small ring head.
7 Lovely full fruity body. Sweet malts.
4 Smooth palate, carbonation low. Finish follows the taste.
14- Good fruity English bitter. Nice one.

Cask at the Pembury. Pours a golden amber, with a vertually non existent head. Aromas of light honey and toffee. Taste of toffee, pine and honey, with a bitter hop finish

Cask at the Number Twenty-2, Darlington. ABV is 4.2%. Copper colour, creamy off-white head. Moderate malty aroma, notes of toffee. Moderate malty and nutty flavour, "dusty" hops in the finish.

Cask conditioned, handpump at The Blenheim, Oxford 11.02.11 Mid brown in appearance. This is quite malty and a touch rustic, quite nutty in the mouth also. Lacking a little on the hoppy front but pleasant and served in good nick. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Cask at Pembury Tavern, Hackney, London. Bronze colour. Distincy spicy hop aroma. Mid sweet with fairly light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Some dusty caramel, long spicy, sweaty bitterness.

Cask@The Pembury Tavern, London. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some mild toasted notes as well as mild nuttyness. Flavour is similar with also some bitter grassy and floral notes.

Cask conditioned at The Turf Tavern, Oxford. Amber to brown with white head. This is a malty beer with a heavy dose of toffee / caramel, in fact somewhat overly done. It became too much through the pint. There is a hint of leafy hop which rescues it a little, but the sweet toffee persists.
