The beer is a clear golden color with a white head. Really spice forward aroma of clove and coriander. There’s a nice bit of banana and pear, maybe some apple. A touch of pepper, too. Good caramel maltiness throughout. The flavor is sweet with plenty of malt. There’s a nice biscuit and caramel note to it along with all the banana, apple, and pear. A touch of pepper, but most of the spice is in the form of coriander and clove.
