Pours a fairly clear golden color, maybe a light haze, with a white head. Nose is a touch cidery. Lots of coriander and pepper spiciness, some sugar, a touch of straw and grass, and a mild biscuit sweetness. The flavor is lightly sweet with some sugar and biscuit notes. Mild spice and fruit ester characteristics with some earthy straw and grass flavors.
