Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a fine, white foam head. Dank nose, some citrus. Medium sweet flavor with light citrus fruits, toasty bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately doughy finish, some toasty sugars. OK, basic.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Brown with thin off white head. Sweet, malty beer, some fruitiness, grape like note, very little depth though, no hoppiness to grab hold of. Disappointing.

Gravity @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pour’s medium gold with a small head. The nose is freshly-baked danish, some honey and apricot. The tasste is more apricot, plums, honeyed cereal. Light white grape. Delicate pale malt flavors. This lacks a bit of condition, but the flavor’s there...
