Aroma classico dello stile, molto piacevole:frutta matura, cioccolato, calde note alcoliche. Gusto altrettanto piacevole e ben fatto, rispecchia tutte le componenti dell’aroma. Birrificio molto molto interessante sicuramente da approfondire.

75cl bottle. Brown dark color with beige head. Nose:chocolate, mocha, malt. Very flyers, mocha chocolate taste. Dark malts. Sticky toffee, alcohol punch but on the other hand drinks also as a 7% beer. Sweet finish with a bitter touch. Perfect dessert beer?

Great beer. Birra unica. Molto buona. Fa il culo alla più rinomata westvleteren 12.

33cl bottle. Pours dark brown with one finger of light beige head with some yeast flakes floating. Very sweet smell with notes of alcohol, milk chocolate and dark fruits (plums, raisins, dates, cherries) . Taste is caramel, dark and dried fruits, some chocolate again, light roasted malts. Probably the most accurate tasting notes ever read on a beer bottle. Very sweet quadruple but also a very good non-belgian one.

Bottled. Pours a deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of yeast, brown sugar, caramel, chocolate, banana, raisins, and spicy notes. Sweet flavor that ends up slightly more dry with alohol notes. Medium bodied, syrupy texture and soft carbonation. A nice Quad indeed.
