COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Imperial porter brewed with english and belgian malts, belgian speciality yeast and english hops.
Strong complex malty character balanced by noble hops, with a soft roasted touch. So drinkable!

Svart med nesten null skum. Aromaen er sjokolade, røstet malt og noe lakris. Smaken er bær, kaffe og sjokolade. Mild bitterhet og antydninger til surhet. Medium konsistens. Null karbonering...

Nice flavours but extremely over carbonated. Hard to enjoy due to prickly/aggressive carbonation. Very gassy. Other reviews seem to note a lack of carbonation so maybe they over compensated. Sort your shit out.. This beer ain’t cheap.

Pours black with a massive growing head that decided it needed to launch itself out of the bottle upon being opened. Nose shows liquorice and roasted malt along with a phenolic note and some chocolate. Flavours include more dry roasted malt and liquorice sweetness along with soft booze and a herbal/phenolic character again. Insanely overcarbonated.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Pours close to black, with a red hue. No head. Not even a fizz when the bottle was opened. Red fruit, red berries, cherry and alcohol nose. Sweet, some bitterness. Medium body. No carbonation at all, completely flat. Red fruit, plum, cherry, some malt, sugar, caramel flavour. Smoke. Cold coffee. I really like Imperial Porters, but this one was quite disappointing.

Bottle. Pours a jet black body with a small off-white head. Nose is ashes, coffee, leather, mild licorice and hints of grains and bread. Taste is cold coffee, licorice, biscuits, bread and hints of caramel, grains and chocolate. Medium to full body, soft to missing carbonation. Hard to believe no coffee was added to this beer, seems to be full of it. Suffers from the lacking carbonation. Fair enough, but nothing more.

.33l bottle at Samo Pivo, Belgrade. Still cola, brown, very odd small soap head. Sour soy sauce aroma, sweet awful malt, some roast, still, weirdly juicy. Odd roast and sour. Terrible.

Aroma and flavour have plenty of dark chocolate, cocoa and dark malts. Very full flavoured. Just a bit over carbonated.
