COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mouth filling malt characters and a beautiful fruit driven complexity derived from the open fermenters, mix this with a reassuring bitterness from some aromatic hops and we reckon the result is a delightfully scrumptious ale!
Formally 5.2% ABV

Not a bad drop, very smooth and with a mild aroma. Flavours of nut and burnt toffee, go and buy it.

Probada en Beer Deluxe, Melbourne. Buena cerveza negra. Estilo Guinness pero con ese toque artesanal que le da un plus. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle as part of six pack. Shaker glass. Deep dark brown with a tan head that doesn’t last. Rich sweet warm biscuit aroma and sweet taste. Don’t drink too cold or you will bypass the flavour. Great with an indian curry like tikka masala, but also good on its own. Good creamy mouthfeel with the a cleansing carbonation at the end. Medium palate, quite sweet to finish with just a hint of cleansing bitterness. Made by the crew at Little Creatures (now part of Lion) so it had to be good. Note: Too often served too cold at a bar. Chilled is good, ice cold not, warm not good either.

5.2%ABV. Brown ale. Tapped out a deep dark brown. 33°SRM. Nose has some burnt toast aroma with some malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is carbonated and sudsy. Palate has some dark roasted malts. Some caramel, coffee. Finish is brief and has both charcoal and hoppy bitter. Good commercial grade brew.
