COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Table Rock Red Ale is brewed with English ESB(s) in mind, and brewed with five malts including German Caramel Rye, as well as German and English hops. Table Rock Red is a mellow ale that treats the palate to a wonderful complexity, both in aroma and flavor. Our draft version is conditioned with nitrogen and served on a special faucet to produce a creamy, cascading head, and whether on draft or in a bottle, Table Rock Red promises an incredible drinking experience.

Nitro draft. Clear, dark amber pour with tight white head. Nice lace. Heavy malt nose. Sweet taste up front. Earthy nut notes with baby bitterness atop a prominent malt backbone. Medium bodied and smooth. Classic nitrogen flatness. Tasty, super drinkable.

[Bottle] Pours a reddish amber color with a wispy white head. Dusty and grainy aroma. Caramel malts, mild hops and sticky sweet taste. Light grassy finish. On the light side. Not bad. Tasting notes from 2/2014.

Ruby-amber color with small, tightly bubbled head and lacing. Not much to the aroma other than some sweet malts. Flavor is more complex - sweet malts present to start, but also more bready qualities with some hops in the mid-taste and finish. Lighter than the ESB inspiration, but hoppier and more flavorful than mild ale standards as well.

Draft at Old Chicago in Branson, MO. Nitrogen infused. A red, slight brown color with a creamy head. Texture obviously also creamy due to the nitrogen. Only a light aroma of malt. Taste is slightly bitter with strong herbal qualities. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hefty malt and nut aroma. Pours a deep amber red color with white head. Slightly bitter but balanced with the malt. This is an Irish red mixed with an ESB. Good beer among friends. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Gastropub. It poured a copper/red color with an off-white head. The aroma was of mild medium malt caramel with a hint of chocolate, molasses and peat. The taste was medium malt caramel, molasses, secondary earthy hops and a hint of fruit. Decent.
