COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We begin our seasonal offering with White Street Kolsch that pours an old-gold with a fine, white head. A subtle fruitiness for the nose extends to the palate with hints of pear and melon. A very crisp and refreshing thirst quencher.

Lagerish funk, corn rice aroma and flavor. Clean and crisp, dry slight hoppy finish. Kolsch is my least favorite style, but this seems well made and I would drink it if given. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap. Vey light clear lemon gold, thin white head. Some slight grain, mineral and gravel hop character, slight cracker sweetness in the aroma. Flavor is a touch grainy, some gravel hop notes, slightly sweet corn as well. Lighter watery body.

6/6/16. Draft at Durham Bulls game. Great baseball beer. Pours golden yellow with a thin head but a bit of lacing. Somewhat fruity nose with a bit of grass. Surprisingly sharp start that quickly smooths out. Easy drinker. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the 2016 NCBMF. Pale golden body with a decent white head. A lightly sweet, very well crafted kolsch, with a bit more flavor than average. Light body and medium carbonation. No complaints.

Cold bottle...generally not a big fan of Kolsch style, but White Street has smooth yet crisp flavor without bite

Drank at Clouds Brewing, poured from a tap into a pint glass. Pours a clear yellow, with decent white head that disappears quickly. Has a light taste (as most kolschs do) but has an odd mid flavor that lingers into the end...eh

bottle into a pilser 5.2 % ABV no date found but local brewery just started to bottle recently A: Clear medium yellow pour with a rapidly falling white head. Big bubbles rising. Minimal lace left. S:Faint winey yeast aroma with a little bread. Not much happening. T: Dry wine flavor with a hint of fruit and a slightly bitter finish. A little like champagne. No real malt or hop taste. Not bad though. M: Snappy carbonation tickles the tongue nicely. Light bodied and easy to drink. O: I like this style though I still find it kind of strange. This is not the best I’ve had (Endless River is) but it is well done IMO and is a pretty good representation. I could get used to this. Nice job by White Street of Wake Forest!
