We begin our seasonal offering with White Street Kolsch that pours an old-gold with a fine, white head. A subtle fruitiness for the nose extends to the palate with hints of pear and melon. A very crisp and refreshing thirst quencher.

Pint on tap. Clear golden with a disappearing head. Nose is caramel and dry grass. Tastes of caramel, old apple, crackers and dry grass. Light- medium body has medium carbonation and a decent balance.

Bacterial (1879) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - APR 3, 2014
Draft at a hotel. Light golden yellow pour with a white head. Clean slightly fruity nose. Decent just a touch of hops and some bitterness finishing a little watery. Refreshing.

Pint at Mellowmushroom Cary. Ok aroma, Sweet. clean oranhe gold color. Okheas and lace. Sweet flavor. Light body. Thin creamy mouthfeel. Crisp bitter finish. Its ok, get a kind of metallic bitterness on finish and flavor. Still a thirst quenching type beer.

On tap at Tylers Raleigh. Pours a clean and sharp straw yellow with one finger of frothy white head. Grassy nose, touch bitter in the aroma. Some straw and bready notes. A touch sharp in the flavor. Light catty notes and some citrus zest on the finish. Crisp and light bodied.
